Q. Why should I purchase an item from you and not some other place?
A. Our products have been very carefully tested to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Q. I found an item cheaper somewhere else. Should I buy that instead?
A. We refuse to be undersold — please read our Low Price Guarantee. For the items we have selected to be included in our exclusive inventory, we have taken every effort to make sure that we have the best price around. In addition, we keep our overhead low to be able to pass on the savings to you. Now, this does not mean we have the cheapest bottle of glucosamine, shoe insert, etc. It simply means that we have selected the best items, and then priced them as low as possible. You may find similar products elsewhere, even with similar names, but they may not be of the same quality as the ones we offer. You often get what you pay for. And when it comes to your health and well-being, you should strive for the best, not the cheapest. Q. Why do you only sell one or two kinds of a brace/item/product?
A. Many other web sites inundate the viewer with 20 different braces that all basically do the same thing. This is very confusing, even to us! However, it is clear that not all braces are created equal. We have personally tried on, evaluated, and used equipment (be it braces, cryotherapy units, or even vitamins) from all the major manufacturers and have selected the very best. The products we sell are of the highest quality, workmanship, and comfort. In situations where the products provided by different manufacturers are extremely similar, we picked the less expensive one — we know all too well how the costs of medicine have skyrocketed and are doing the best to provide you with equipment that does not break your pocketbook. You simply select the appropriate option from within our shopping cart. A. All items are typically shipped USPS Priority Mail (other choices are available) and they can be tracked in-transit. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, and are performed after you click "Add to Cart". Q. Are there any guarantees this product will cure me?
A. We make no guarantees that any of these products will help treat you or cure any disease. This is simply a fact of medicine — no one pill or device can help everyone. Q. What happens if I don't get better?
A. You should see your doctor for further instructions. Often the problem is a mis-diagnosis — that is, the problem was different than you originally thought. Sometimes, if a problem persists, or has been present for a very long time, more aggressive treatment, such as surgery, may be required. Only your doctor can truly guide you through this process.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We will accept returns and give refunds for all items except for vitamins/supplements. We accept exchanges without a restocking fee, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please see our return policy for full details.

A. Currently, we are only marketing through the Internet. This keeps our overhead low and we can then pass on the savings to you.
Q. Can I purchase items in any other way besides a credit card?
A. We firmly believe in the use of credit cards in Internet transactions. They primarily protect you, the consumer, but they also provide the merchant with some level of protection as well. If you do not have a credit card and need to purchase an item using a different type of payment method, please write to us using our contact us form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q. I have a question about a specific item — how can I get more information?
A. Please e-mail us using our contact us form and we will answer your question to the best of our ability. Please note that we are not able to provide specific medical advice, or comment about your specific injury, in our response to you.
Q. Do you accept/bill insurance companies for your products?
A. We do not accept or bill any insurance company for any of our products, nor do we process any insurance forms. You should check with your insurance company and/or physician to determine whether any of these products are reimbursable, and if so, what procedure you need to follow to obtain this reimbursement. Typically, all you have to do is provide the insurance company with your invoice, and appropriate codes (which we can give you), to have the brace reimbursed, if this is a covered benefit for you. Q. How much money will I save versus a local retail orthotic shop?
A. Typically, our savings are about 50%! Even if your insurance company covers braces, many insurance plans only cover braces (DME) with a significant (e.g., 50%) co-pay. You will save significantly by shopping from us, and receive the exact same product you would have gotten at a local store!
Q. Will I be able to check the status of my order?
